Ten motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:
Kurtis Edward Pittinger, 61, of 798 W. Edwin St., apartment 101; state police on Isabella Court in the city on July 20; also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary offenses; this is his second DUI-drug arrest in recent months – he was charged May 21 by state police following an incident on Main Street in Hughesville; he remains incarcerated on other drug charges.
Kyle Wagner, 21, of 2092 Pinchtown Road, Montgomery; state police following a crash on Sulphur Springs Road in Armstrong Township on July 11; also charged with three summary offenses.
Michael George Emerick, 33, of 520 Sand Hill Road; state police in the 300 block of Westminster Drive in Loyalsock Township on July3; also charged with two summary offenses.
Melissa D. Jackson, 46, of 49 Spong Lodge Road, Trout Run; Lycoming Regional police in the 4500 block of Lycoming Creek Road in Hepburn Township on June 29; also charged with one summary offense.
Dominique Lucia Perri, 27, of Bloomsburg; state police on Fairview Drive in Montoursville on June 27; also charged with one summary offense.
William Joseph Bouse, 64, of 2738 Kehrer Hill Road, apartment 1, Montoursville; state police on Interstate 180 in the city on June 22; also charged with two summary offenses.
Gillian Alafoginis, 29, of Lawrenceville; state police on West Fourth Street in the city on June 1; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and two summary offenses.
Gaige Lachat, 18, of 34 Carone Drive; Cogan Station; state police in the 2100 block of Hillside Avenue in the city on May17; also charged with one summary offense.
Noah Gearhart, 21, of 621 Heilman Circle, Montgomery; state police on Via Bella in the city on May 10; also charged with four summary offenses.
Patrick Keane, 26, of 206 College Ave.; state police on Maynard Street in the city on April 25; also charged with four summary offenses.
