Commissioners purchase property to house the office of Magisterial District Judge Denise Dieter

Although the plans haven't been formalized, the Lycoming County Commissioners have purchased a property at 19 Wagner Road, Linden to be renovated to house the office of Magisterial District Judge Denise Dieter. The building, which was the site of the former Maranatha Bible Church, sits just off Route 220 and was built in 1962. An agreement of sale was approved by the commissioners in June at a cost of $347,000 to be paid for with Act 13 funds.
