Muncy Council stiffens penalties for owners of nuisance properties
Muncy Borough Council at its July meeting approved a code enforcement resolution that could mean stiffer consequences for habitual offenders of the property maintenance and nuisance ordinance. “It’s an opportunity for us to be more aggressive,” Borough Manager Charles Hall said.
