Muncy Borough Council deals with storm water issues
Muncy Borough Council at its August meeting approved a $5,010 payment for repair of a section of its storm sewer system. The repair work represents just a section of the borough’s storm sewer network requiring upgrades, according to borough officials. “This entire system is failing, and it needs to be cleaned out,” Councilman Ed Fiegles said.
