An ISS paraprofessional employee with Jersey Shore Area Middle School was arraigned on rape and other related related charges Friday before District Judge William Solomon. Brian S. The identity of a man pulled from a pond along Musser Lane in Muncy Creek Township Thursday evening has been released. James L. Frey, 77, of Musser Lane, Muncy Creek Township, was discovered face down in a pond just before 5 p.m. Thursday evening, stated a release by Lycoming County Coroner Charles Kiessling Jr. “It appears that he was running a weed eater around the pond when he collapsed into the water,” the release said.
