Second trial for man accused of 2016 murder begins

The second trial for a city man accused of carring out the 2016 shooting death of William Michael “Micky” Blackwell, began in the courtroom of Lycoming County Judge William Carlucci Tuesday morning. Rogers was originally tried in September 2025, however, that trial ended in a hung jury. In September 2023, Dawud M. Muncy Township meeting ends abruptly

Two of the three Muncy Township Supervisors held a special meeting tonight at the township office buildin in Pennsdale. This is a video of the public comment from the end of the meeting and the conversation had by some members of the public after the meeting who remained in the conference room.
