Council to hold special meeting to interview, appoint new member

The City of Williamsport will have a special meeting to interview and appoint a City Council member to replace a vacancy left by the late Bonnie Katz. Council President Eric Beiter said the special meeting will be public. Applications have been closed for the vacancy, he noted.
