16 people charged in Lycoming County

Sixteen people have been charged with various criminal offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the police departments involved were:

• Dakota Cleveland, 20, of 946 Vine Ave.; city police; possession with intent to deliver 35 grams of cocaine, 100 grams of marijuana and 50 anabolic steroid pills at his home on Wednesday; jailed in lieu of $125,000 bail.

• Ethan Bailey, 19, formerly of the 600 block of Maynard Alley, but now listed as homeless; city police; possession with intent to deliver 9.2 ounces of cocaine and six grams of rock cocaine at Third Avenue and High Street on Wednesday night; jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.

• Michael Trimble, 49, of 2255 Route 220, Hughesville; state police; terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, not identified in court papers, at the couple’s Wolf Township home on Sunday; he allegedly struck her several times in the face and head, and he threatened to kill her if “he got into trouble over the altercation,” jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.

• James Pantel, 28, of Beach Park, Illinois; Montoursville police; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license after he allegedly stole a tractor-trailer truck from the parking lot at Walmart on North Loyalsock Avenue and drove to the Hampton Inn off of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township where he ran over some grass and and tree, causing an estimated $1,000 damage on Sept. 22; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

• Ryan Starr, 24, of 1643 Pine Run Road, Linden; Old Lycoming Township police; DUI in the 1900 block of Lycoming Creek Road on Aug. 25; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Cassandra Welshans, 26, of 936 Third St., Avis; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; prostitution for allegedly performing sexual acts with a man in exchange for $175 in the 400 block of South Main Street in Jersey Shore on Aug. 13; jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.

• Stephen Arthur, 36, of 186 Route 973 West, Cogan Station; Old Lycoming Township police; DUI in the 4300 block of Lycoming Creek Road on Aug. 10; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

• Robert Lewis, 59, of 1227 Isabella St.; Old Lycoming Township police DUI in the 2000 block of Mill Lane on July 21; this was his second DUI arrest.

• Sameyer Harman, 21, of 610 Lycoming St.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Second Avenue on July 6; released on $1,500 bail.

• Cynthia Villanueva, 28, of 601 Locust St.; city police; two sets of drug charges; delivery of heroin in the 600 block of Locust Street on June 7, and possession of 17 bags marijuana and drug paraphernalia at her home June 12; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.

• Eric Heims, 47, of 136 E. Canal St.; city police; false reports to law enforcement for allegedly making a false report in which he claimed he was kidnapped and forced to get into a car near Hepburn Street and Memorial Avenue by a gunman who stole cash, a bank card and his cellphone from him on June 3; released on $5,000 bail.

• Alicia Gundrum, 45, of 510 Wilson St.; state police; DUI and careless driving at Washington Boulevard and Jackson Street in the city on May 11; released on $5,000 bail.

• Kelsey McKissick, 23, of 2644 Highland Ave, DuBoistown; state police; two counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor at Ruby Tuesday, 1940 E. Third St., on Feb 1; released on $5,000 bail.

• Ashley Taylor, 33, of 1540 Hensler Road, Jersey Shore; city police; possession of six bags of heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Cemetery Street and Memorial Avenue on Dec. 30; released on $1,500 bail.

• Contractor Jesse Stahl, 42, of 307 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore; city police; felony theft by deception for allegedly failing to complete work on a rental property owned by Michael McGee, who paid Stahl $2,149 to put up new siding on the property between mid-May and early August 2017; jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.

• Corey Goodin, 34, of Philadelphia; the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit; possession with intent to deliver multiple bags of heroin in the 600 block of Washington Boulevard on Jan. 18, 2017, and Feb. 2, 2017; jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.
