John B. (JB) Frazier

John B. (JB) Frazier, 80, 816 Bellefonte Ave., Lock Haven died Nov. 20, 2020 at his residence. Born Feb. 1, 1940 he was the son of the late Gerald and Ceceilia Guerreriro Lapriola Frazier. John had been raised by his step-mother Dorothy Walker Frazier. On April 23, 1960 he married the former Judith G. Livingston and they enjoyed 60 years of marriage. Judy survives at home.

JB was a 1958 graduate of the Lock Haven High School and he served in the United States Marine Corps and achieved the rank of Cpl. John was employed at Maremont and the Paper Mill before becoming a Lock Haven City Police Officer from 1966-1986 and retired as a Sgt. As an officer he had attended the Allentown Police Academy. He was appointed Magisterial District Judge 23-01 in Lock Haven a position he held until 2000. As a District Judge he attended the District Judge’s School at Wilson College, Chambersburg. He also attended continuing education there as well. John was also a tipstaff in the Clinton County Court of Common Pleas. JB was a longtime member of the Kiwanis Club of Lock Haven a member of the Sons of Italy and the Covenant United Methodist Church, Lock Haven. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, photography, archery and camping.

He is survived by 2 daughters; Lori A. (Kenny Jones) Frazier and Susan G. (Daniel J.) Conway both of Mill Hall, 1 sister; Diane Kline, Lock Haven, 1 brother; Ernest (Judy) Ross, Mill Hall, 4 step-sisters; Sandra (John) Sommerville and Cynthia (Jerry) Smith both of Lock Haven, Peggy (Doug) Miller, Mill Hall and Donna Frazier, Flemington, 1 granddaughter; Kaitlyn N. (Gannon)Chapman, 2 great-grandsons: Isaac and Lincoln Chapman, 1 step- granddaughter; Tami (Torrence, Jr.) Peddigree, 1 step-grandson: Daniel J. (Brandi) Conway, Jr., 1 step-great-granddaughter; Hunter Swartz.

Services will be at the convenience of the family and there will be no visitation.

Memorial contributions may be made the Lock Haven Salvation Army or the Clinton Co. SPCA through the funeral home.
