James M. Fay, 86, of Williamsport, passed away April 16, 2022 at Muncy Place.
He was born Nov. 23, 1935 in Montoursville, son of Alvie and Clara (Blackwell) Fay.
James was a U.S. Marine Corp Vietnam Era Veteran. He retired from C and I Boiler. He enjoyed hunting and wood working.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, the former Verna Seasock; sister, Mary; and two brothers, Lawrence and John "Dave" Fay.
He is survived by two daughters, Michelle (Thomas) Betts of Mertztown, Pa. and Karen Fay of Williamsport; step-son, Robert (Patricia) Zukowski of Montoursville; ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
There will be a funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday, April 22, 2022 at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville, PA 17754. A burial in Montoursville Cemetery will follow. Friends and family will be received from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. www.spitlerfuneralhome.com
