Lindsey M. Harper

Lindsey M. Harper, 26, of Wellsboro, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at UPMC Williamsport.

A visitation will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 6, 2023, with a Memorial Service beginning at 1 p.m. at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore.

Following the services, there will be a Memorial gathering of family and friends at Harper’s Creekside Tavern, 11661 Little Pine Creek Rd., Waterville.
