James D. Boatman, 63, of Montoursville, died Sunday, Nov. 12, 2023, at his home.
Born Dec. 2, 1959, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late James and Mary (Bloom) Boatman.
James was an outdoorsman who enjoyed collecting rocks, antique bottles, and metal detecting. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Tina (Harris) Boatman of Montoursville.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Walters.
The family will hold a memorial service noon Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023, at Warrensville Community Church, 5748 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, with Pastor Scott Koser officiating. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the church.
