Robert D. "Bob" Cohick Sr., 77, of Williamsport, passed away at home on Saturday, January 27, 2024.
Born on October 21, 1946, in Jersey Shore, he was a son of the late Claire and Janice (Davis) Cohick. Bob graduated from Jersey Shore High School in 1964 and became an automotive technician, retiring from Vancampen Motors after 42 years of service in 2022. Even after his retirement, Bob was never idle, working diligently around his home and riding his tractor. When Bob decided to relax, he would listen to classic country music or watch Westerns on tv. He enjoyed vacations to the beach, especially Ocean City, MD.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Jane E. (Taylor) Cohick; two sons, Robert Cohick Jr. (Stephanie) and Christopher Cohick Sr.; one daughter, Mindi Cohick; two step-children, Christopher Kulka Sr., and Brandy Kulka; two brothers, David Cohick (Julie) and Raymond Cohick; one brother-in-law, Michael Green; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Along with his parents, Bob was also preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Johnson and Donald Cohick, and one sister, Carol Green.
In keeping with Bob's wishes, memorial services will be held at a later date and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorials in Bob's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
