Sandra B. Fox

Sandra B. Fox, 66, of Williamsport passed away Monday, June 17, 2024 at home surrounded by family.

Born August 27, 1957 in Williamsport, she was the only daughter of Edward and Mary (Magargle) Rougeux.

Sandy was employed by Shop Vac for 25 years. She was a member of the Polish Club, The Forty & Eight, and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge. Sandy was a social butterfly, fluttering through life with a spirit that was both kind and caring, yet also embodied the fiery zest of a true spitfire. Her stubbornness was matched only by her strength and loyalty, qualities that endeared her to all who knew her. She found joy and camaraderie in the simple pleasure of playing bingo, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, or being a Reba McEntire and Celine Dion fan.

Surviving is her daughter, Heather A. Fox (Jerry Kline) of Linden; two granddaughters, Cierra Cooke and Andrea Fox (Jase Estep); two great-grandchildren, Jayla and Kamari; and her beloved dog, Harley.

As per her wishes, no services will be held.
