Roger Elwood Brant CPCU

Roger Elwood Brant CPCU, 91, of Muncy passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2025 surrounded by family.

Born April 1, 1934 in Muncy, he was a son of the late Elwood and Ione (Lose) Brant.

He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Roger was a professional expert that demonstrated expertise in property and casualty insurance with CIGNA Insurance for over 34 years.

On April 3, 1961, Roger married the love of his life, Miss Lois J. Peterman and together they would share 55 years of love and bliss before her passing on December 10, 2016. Roger devoted his life to spending time with his beloved wife and children. He cherished the monthly gatherings with his classmates, where they would share a meal and reminisce.

Surviving are three children, Tani R. Bybee, Robert A. Roller, and Terry E. Roller (Julie) all of Muncy; two grandchildren, Adam Jones (Sarah) and Seth Roller; and three great-grandchildren, Givanni, Alleyah, and Braylah.

In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by his brother, Peter Brant.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
