Susan C. Edwards

Susan C. Edwards, 67, of Jersey Shore, passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Geisinger Jersey Shore.

Susan was born in Williamsport on November 26, 1957, a daughter of the late Daniel Krape and Clair (Ohnmeiss) Emert. She loved quilting and spending time outside.

She is survived by a son, Michael (Cathy) Edwards of Lock Haven; two grandchildren, Logan and Jaice Edwards of Lock Haven; two sisters, Brenda (Chris) Titis and Christine (Ronny) Murphy of Jersey Shore; three brothers, David Krape of Tamaqua; Steven Krape of Jersey Shore; and Harvey Eisenhower of Jersey Shore; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Susan is preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Ohnmeiss.

A celebration of life service for Susan will take place at noon on Friday, May 23, 2025, at Rearick-Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore. Family and friends are invited to attend a public viewing from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Jersey Shore Cemetery.

Donations can be made in Susan’s name to the Jersey Shore Honor Guard c/o Jimmy Stewart at 231 Oliver St. Jersey Shore, PA 17740. The family will accept flowers, but requests that any flower arrangements ordered do not contain any glass.
