Doctor Elizabeth Goodenow 87, of Muncy, died peacefully at Geisinger in Muncy on April 13th, 2025.
Elizabeth was born March 30, 1938, the daughter of the late Clarence and Vinetta Goodenow.
Lee became a Doctor of Obstetrics, graduating from Temple University in 1964, and started her own practice in Philadelphia. Lee also opened a practice on Main Street in Muncy later in life. Lee enjoyed being with family and especially looked forward to spending time with her graduating class of 1956 from Muncy. Dr. Goodenow will be lovingly missed by family and friends who knew her, worked with her, and worked for her.
In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest donating to the S.P.C.A. in Williamsport in memory of all Lee's fur babies she adopted and rescued over the course of her lifetime.
There will be a Celebration of Life in June at the family's discretion.
