Born April 12, 1972, to Richard and Mary Walters, he was predeceased in death by his father, Richard R. Walters. He is survived by his mother, Mary G. Walters of Montoursville; brothers, Roland L. Walters of New Hampshire, and Randy B. Walters of Virginia, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and his beloved cat of 21 years "Smokey."
A Celebration of Life will be held at Mill Creek Church, 2255 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, PA, on Tuesday, June 17 at noon. Rev James R. and Pastor Katherine A. Behrens will officiate.
