James Rhea, 84, of Avis passed away at home on Sunday, June 15, 2025. James graduated from Williamsport high school in 1959 and served in the US Airforce.
James is survived by his wife, Dorothy and his children; son, Rob (Washington) and daughters, Kim and Leslie (Arizona). Stepchildren, Nick (Jersey Shore), Jeanine (Buttonwood) and Genia (Harrisburg) and multiple grandchildren; brothers, Don (JS), Raymond (Avis); sister, Elsie Jane (Avis) and Francis (Beaver Falls) and multiple nephews and nieces.
James is preceded in death by parents James and Fannie Rhea; his brothers, Nick and John and his sister, Janet.
