Clarence Leon “Butch” Parr

Clarence Leon “Butch” Parr, 69, of Williamsport, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, at The Gatehouse in Williamsport. He was born in Chambersburg on August 3, 1956, a son of late Patricia Parr and Leon Stoner.

Clarence is survived by a son, Devon Leon Parr of Tucson, Arizona; a daughter, Alana Leonie Parr (Frank Briseno) of Coving, California; two grandchildren, Isabelle Nova and Marley Ella Briseno; three brothers, Tony Parr (Irene) of Wicasset, Maine; Reginald Parr of Williamsport; and Ronald Parr of Port Orange, Florida; a sister, Lisa Harris (Michael) of Jacksonville, Florida; and special nieces and nephews for whom he cared.

In addition to his parents, Clarence is preceded in death by a sister, Debra K. Parr.

Family and friends are invited to a time of remembrance and visitation with family from noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation and Funeral Home, 500 W. Fourth St., Williamsport. Thereafter, a memorial service to celebrate the life of Clarence will be held at 1 p.m. with Zavon Braggs officiating. Burial will take place at 3 p.m. on September 21, 2025, at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, 888 Lincoln Way W. Chambersburg.
