Tony Allen Jacobs, 43, affectionately known as “Tank,” of Jersey Shore, passed at UPMC Williamsport on Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025.

The family will receive friends and family at Crouse Funeral Home, 133 E. Third St., Williamsport PA 17701 on August 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to noon. Burial to follow at St. Boniface Cemetery with Rev. Fr. Dias Antony Valiamarathungal.
