Jennifer Lynn Payne

Jennifer L. Payne, 52 of Williamsport passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025 at home. She was born on July 9, 1973 and was the daughter of James Thomas Payne, Jr. and Mary Kay Beaver Payne.

She was a graduate of Loyalsock Township High School. She enjoyed watching television and talking on her phone. Jennifer loved people and was a Social Butterfly. Jennifer also liked to go shopping, to fairs, out to eat and she especially loved her toys and possessions.

She is survived by Aunts, Ann Rathmell and Joann (Jan) Cooper; Uncle, John Payne, and many cousins. She was predeceased by her Parents, James and Mary Kay Payne; two Brothers, Jimmy Payne, III and Jeffrey Payne; a cousin, Timothy English, and an Uncle Kenneth Rathmell.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday September 29, 2025 at Kaufman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 2102 Northway Rd., Williamsport with Rev. Dr. Howard Woodruff officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 to 11 a.m.

The family will provide flowers and suggest memorial contributions in Jennifer’s name be made to Lycoming SPCA 2805 Reach Rd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
