Kenneth Lee Levin, Sr
Kenneth L. Levin, Sr., 83, of Kirkland, Arizona, passed away peacefully at home on July 20, 2025, surrounded by family. Born in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, to Arnold and Elizabeth Levin, Ken grew up in Slate Run along Pine Creek, a place he cherished throughout his life.
After Graduating from Jersey Shore Area High School, Ken served in the U.S. Air Force from 1959-1963 at Eglin AFB, where he met and married his wife of 63 years, Lilla “Ginger” Bridges Levin. Together they raised three children: Kenneth Jr., Kimberly Yonke, and Keith Levin. He was a proud grandfather of eight and great-grandfather of one.
Ken worked in engineering and ministry, co-pastoring in Pennsylvania during the Jesus Movement before later moving west to Arizona, where he ran a contracting business and built many homes. He was known as a man of faith, family, and craftsmanship.
He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchild, and sisters, Dorothy Wolfe and Carolyn Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings.
A celebration of life will be held Sept. 20, 2 p.m., at Kirkland School, Kirkland, AZ.
