Edward "Ed" L. Woodring, 69, of Jersey Shore, passed on October 11, 2025 at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living. Born August 13, 1956.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Romaine Woodring along with several brothers and sisters and 1 grandson.
Surviving are his two sons, Edward Woodring II, Michael Cohick; daughter, Heather Mowery. He had 5 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing the most as well as spending time with his family and making memories.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
