Brailynn A. Johnson-Murray
Brailynn A. Johnson-Murray, a vibrant and spirited young soul, passed away on November 1, 2025, at the age of 15. Born on April 23, 2010, in Williamsport, he brought immense joy and inspiration to all who knew him.
Brailynn was a student at South Williamsport High School. He had a love for basketball and boxing, where his determination and spirit shone brightly. When not on the court or in the ring, Brailynn found joy in listening to music, creating beautiful drawings, and immersing himself in video games. His infectious energy was often seen on the dance floor, where he moved with enthusiasm and grace.
He had a deep affection for his two beloved pitbulls, Aspen and Alloira, who were his constant companions and cherished friends.
Brailynn is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Nicole Diemer; maternal grandfather, Robert E. Johnson, Jr.; step-grandfather, Clay Dodson; maternal great-grandparents Curley & Jacqueline Jett, Corine Johnson; paternal great-grandmother Bertha Diemer and uncle Robert E. Johnson III.
He is survived by his loving mother, Marquia Johnson (Robert Briggs) of Williamsport; father, David Bair; brother, Akai Johnson; sister, Meh’Kaiah Bair; maternal grandmother, Jennifer Dodson; paternal grandfather, Mike Bair; aunts Jennee Lyles, Cathy Fisher, Lori Blanton, and Corine Johnson; uncles Christopher Jett, Sr., Nicholas Diemer and Mark Bair; great aunt Velna Moore-Grimes; maternal great-grandfather Robert E. Johnson, Sr.; Godmothers Kyla Blanton and Jessica Pelleschi; a special cousin, Elizabeth Schneider; a special friend, Jalissa Patterson; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.
A public viewing will be held from 1 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation and Funeral Home, 500 W. Fourth St., Williamsport. A prayer service will follow at 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Raymond Clayton, Sr. officiating.
