Fred B. "Fritz" Kiessling, 84, of Williamsport died at UPMC Williamsport on, Nov. 26, 2025.
He was born in Williamsport on Jan. 7, 1941, a son of John P. and Rhoda (Neidig) Kiessling.
Fritz had been employed at MW. Kellogg's, Pullman Power, CA Reed, Data Papers and retired from Montour Oil in January of 2006.
He enjoyed watching Penn State football, he enjoyed collecting model cars and trucks, enjoyed woodworking and was considered a "Mr. Fix-it" by family and friends.
He was a current member St. Ann Roman Catholic Church, but grew up attending St. Boniface Catholic Church
His wife of 49 years, Elaine M. Ghalib Kiessling died in 2007.
Surviving are his children, Christine (Robert) Cellini, Kelly (Dave) Ritter, Philip Kiessling, Matthew (Christina) Kiessling; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Kiessling.
In addition to his parents and wife, son, Raymond Kiessling; and ten siblings all preceded him in death.
The family will receive family and friends at the church from noon to 1:15 p.m., prior to the mass.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, 326 Washington Blvd., Williamsport with burial to follow at Montoursville Cemetery.
