Jaqueline M. Hooker, affectionately known as Jackie to her friends and family, passed away peacefully at The Gatehouse of Divine Providence Hospital, on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the age of 61.

Born in Williamsport on October 27, 1964, Jackie’s zest for life and her unwavering spirit touched the hearts of all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Jackie’s life was one of dedication and joy. She shared 25 wonderful years with her beloved husband, R. Scott Hooker, and together they raised a beautiful family. Jackie was a proud mother to her sons, Michael and Cody Hooker, and her daughters, Barbara Hooker, Amber Stacey, Beckylee Randall, and Tricia Lynn Hooker. Her role as a grandmother was one she cherished deeply, and she was blessed to have 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, each of whom brought immense joy and pride to her life.

A graduate of Williamsport Area High School, Jackie was known for her strong work ethic and her commitment to her career. She spent many years as a skilled forklift driver for both Shop Vac and Unique Industries. Beyond her professional life, Jackie was a woman of many passions. She had an immense love for animals, especially her two cats, Rena and Stash, and her loyal dog, Zeus. An avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Jackie’s enthusiasm for her team was infectious. Her love for NASCAR was equally strong, and she found great pleasure in watching both sports with her friends and family.
