Caroline Ann “Carol” (Lynn) Wright

Caroline Ann “Carol” (Lynn) Wright, 83, of Trout Run, passed away Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, at the Gatehouse, Williamsport.

She was married to the late William S. Wright, who had passed away in 2009.

Carol was born in Williamsport, and was the daughter of the late Vernon C. and Leah H. (Strunk) Lynn. She had worked as a bartender at Bob’s Main Gate and the Old Trail Inn.

Carol is survived by three sons, William J. Stiner (Betsy), of Tannersville, David L. Stiner, of Trout Run, and Joseph E. Stiner Jr. (Amanda Stanley), of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; two daughters, Susan M. Caldera (Bobby Wood), of Williamsport and Tammy J. Stiner (Shawn Mauro), of Williamsport; 16 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Vernon C. Lynn Jr. (Muff), of Williamsport. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Paul Albert “Pete” Stiner; and two sisters, Della L. Little and Linda J. Bruno.

In keeping with Carol’s wishes, services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are being handled by Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home, 500 W. 4th St., Williamsport.
