Dale E. Tubbs

Dale E. Tubbs, 71, of Muncy, died on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the Gatehouse, Williamsport.

Born May 2, 1954, in Muncy, he was a son of the late Donald H. and Ruth Evelyn (O’Conner) Tubbs. Dale married the former LaCinda D. “Cindy” Henderson, who predeceased him on May 12, 2021.

Dale was a 1972 graduate of Warrior Run High School. He worked for several local manufacturers through the years.

Dale was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Montgomery.

He was very fond of dogs and worked part time for the SPCA and Joan Frey’s kennels in Pennsdale. Dale also enjoyed hanging out with friends, fishing, playing guitar and listening to music.

Surviving are one daughter, Michelle Aul, of Hughesville; two sisters, Linda Nickles, of Hughesville and Donnette Fry, of Cogan Station; two grandchildren, Justin and Kirsten; two great-grandchildren, Addy and Carter; and two nieces, Kristen Tubbs and Robin Bieber.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by one brother and sister-in-law, Barry and Laurie Tubbs; one sister, Barbara Bieber; and two brothers-in-law, Donald Nickles and James Fry.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25 at Grenoble’s, 121 S. Main St. Muncy, with Rev. Stephen Gray III, officiating.

Private burial will be held in the Muncy Cemetery.
