David James Ciccarelli
David James Ciccarelli, age 34, of Williamsport, died unexpectedly from the challenges of mental health on January 30, 2026.
David was a kind and thoughtful soul whose life was shaped by faith, music, and a deep love of learning. He found joy in singing with residents at The Williamsport Home where he worked for many years. A man of strong faith, he served as a lector and eucharistic minister. He graduated from Lycoming College with a degree in Chemistry and Biology in 2018 and completed the Medical Laboratory Science Program at UPMC in 2024.
David will be remembered for his gentle heart, his quiet generosity, and the way he used his talents to serve others.
He is survived by his parents, Lee and Lisa Ciccarelli; sister, Ann (Charles) Masters; brother, Michael (Kristen), and sister, Rosa (Patrick) Roman. He was Uncle Dave to nieces, Olivia and Sophia, and nephews, Carson, Alexander, and Nicholas.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Joseph the Worker Parish, for family and close friends on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship has been established so that his love for music and singing will be honored. Donations can be addressed to the David James Ciccarelli Choir Scholarship at Lycoming College, One College Place, Williamsport, PA 17701.
