Frank Geoffrey Govan, 63, of Williamsport, passed away unexpectedly Monday, Feb. 9, 2026, at UPMC Williamsport. Surviving are his loving wife of 29 years, Jodie (Dawes) Govan, two sons, Tyler G. Govan and Chase P. Govan; three siblings, Dale, John, and Mike; in-laws, Richard and June Dawes; brother-in-law, Shane Dawes (Candace); beloved dogs, Teddy and Winnie.
A time of visitation will be held 10-11 a.m. Saturday, February 21 at Zafar Grotto Rafaz Club 381 E. 2nd Ave. South Williamsport, followed by a Celebration of Frank's life at 11 a.m.
