Helga Sanso

Helga Sanso, 84, of Williamsport, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at UPMC Williamsport.

She was born on July 29, 1941, in Landau, Germany and was the daughter of the late Matilda (Earheart). Helga had worked at Primus and retired in 2010 after 35 years of service in which she loved her job. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Williamsport.

Helga is survived by her partner of 31 years, Richard Speary of Williamsport, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one daughter; Linda Eisenhower, one brother and one sister.

There will be a memorial service held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the Christ Episcopal Church, 426 Mulberry St., Williamsport with The Rev. Kyle Murphy officiating.
