When it came to Jake it didnt matter if you knew him from school, work, or somewhere else in the world, Jake wore his heart on his sleeve and welcomed you with open arms. His laugh was infectious, and he always knew the right thing to say. Taken from us far too soon, there were memories to be had, more games to play, more talks and laughs. He will forever be remembered in our hearts.
