Charles N. Brucklacher

Charles N. Brucklacher, age 77, of Liberty, PA, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026 at Geisinger Hospital in Danville, PA. He was born on February 5, 1949 in Towanda, PA, a son of John and Mabel (Schmouder) Brucklacher, Sr. Charles was married to Sherrie (Whiting) Brucklacher. He was self-employed as a logger, trucker, and heavy equipment operator. Charles was a jack of all trades. He lived to fish and hunt and was an avid outdoorsman. Charles loved to feed and watch his deer and turkeys in the backyard.

Charles is survived by his wife, Sherrie; two daughters, Kelly (Mark) Black of Trout Run, PA, and Heidi (Christopher) Moyer of Westport, PA; three grandchildren, Ryan, Derek, and Cassie; four great grandchildren, Mia, Tucker, Hunter, and Truitt; two brothers, Edward (Beverly) Brucklacher of Liberty, PA, and Kenneth (Linda) Brucklacher of Liberty, PA; and two sisters, Faye (Allen) Patterson of Canton, PA, and Leona Robson of Mansfield, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother-in-law, Harold “Bud” Robson.

Friends and family are invited to call on Thursday, March 26, 2026 from Noon to 1 p.m. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. 637 S. Main St. Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Harry Colegrove officiating.
