Christine Ann (Cerklewski) Quinn

Christine Ann (Cerklewski) Quinn, 74, of Montoursville, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, at The Gatehouse at Divine Providence.

Born September 20, 1951, in Shamokin, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary (Sergi) Cerklewski. Christine spent 25 years working in the power generation industry with PPL, Wisconsin Power Supply, and Sunbury Generation, where she held office and purchasing roles.

She and her husband, Dennis Quinn, shared a wonderful 53 years of marriage. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who always put her family and friends above herself. She had great attention to detail and thoughtfulness when planning for holidays and special events. If you ever received a card or gift from her, you knew she poured her heart into it. Her great joy came from spending time with her grandsons and their adventures. Christine loved cooking and took pride in preparing meals that brought family and friends together. She enjoyed family vacations, working with ceramics, riding bikes, caring for pets, and being outdoors.

Outside of her hobbies, Christine had a strong Catholic faith. She attended and volunteered at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Her faith and traditions were truly passed along to many.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Quinn, of Montoursville; two children, Matthew (Shanna) Quinn, of Manasquan, NJ, and Denise (Ian) Lathrop, of Lockwood, NY; two grandsons, Brooks and Chase Lathrop; and two sisters, Rose Klimchak, of Kennett Square, and Deborah (Daniel) Heiser, of Paxinos.

In addition to her parents, Christine was preceded in death by her son, Ryan Quinn; and two brothers, Michael Cerklewski, and Albert Cerklewski.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday March 23rd, 2026 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 100 Walnut St., Montoursville with Rev. Sean Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday March 22nd, 2026 at McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, 733 Broad Street, Montoursville.
