Francesca Rose (Rizzo) Beaver

Francesca Rose (Rizzo) Beaver, 90, affectionately known as Frances, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, at Rose View Center.

Born on April 12, 1935, in Williamsport to the late Leonard and Francesca (Amato) Rizzo, Frances grew up alongside her five siblings: Josephine Weber, and the late Angeline Bellott, Carmen Rizzo, Jack Rizzo, and Mary Hertel.

Frances wed the love of her life, the late James T. Beaver, II, and together they built a life rich in love. She is survived by their devoted children, Linda Beaver and James T. Beaver, III (Denise), as well as her cherished grandchildren, Ryan Beaver (Ikra) and Christine Sanko (Jerrell), and three great-grandchildren, Nina and Nola Sanko, Noah James Beaver, who were the light of her life.

Frances enjoyed being at home surrounded by her family and friends. Her style of decorating was as elegant as her and ranged from luscious outdoor gardens to enchanted statues. She delighted in cooking meals for her loved ones, while listening to the sounds of country music as she cooked. She loved dogs, especially her poodles, and was an avid fan of Western movies and word puzzles. Above everything, Frances was committed to creating a nurturing home for her family, something she accomplished with grace and dedication throughout her life.
