Elma Dene Ault

Elma Dene Ault, formerly of South Williamsport, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026 in Orlando, Fla. Elma was married for 59 years to the late George F. Ault. Elma was born on May 26, 1936 to the late David C. and Madge (Goldy) Dangle and was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Dangle Breidinger and brothers, John Dangle and Robert Dangle. She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Albery (Alan); step-son, Richard (Sherry); granddaughters, Lisa Davis and Erin Farber (Jordan), and six great grandchildren.

Elma dedicated much of her life to her community and family. She was a talented hairdresser, owning her own shop for many years in South Williamsport, PA, before retiring to Orlando in 1983. After relocating she became an active member of Windermere Union Church and shared her love of learning as a preschool teacher at Little Fishes Preschool.

A lifelong learner and creator, Elma cherished quilting, sewing and the joy of spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, sense of humor and the loving care she showed to everyone around her.

A celebration of life will be held in her honor at her family home in Orlando, Fla.
