Mildred D. Dukmen, 69, of Schuylkill Haven passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday after a brief illness.

Born in Pottsville, April 9, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Erza and Kathryn Graffe Dohner.

Mildred was married to her husband, William T. Dukmen, Jr. They recently celebrated 21 years of marriage. Together they enjoyed going to Slate Run and riding bike with her girlfriend Diane.

Mildred was the owner and operator of Millie’s Styling Center in Pine Grove for many years.

Mildred was a graduate of Pine Grove Area High School. She attended the Bethesda Reedsville Evangelical Congregational Church on Route 183 in Schuylkill Haven.

Mildred was a pet lover and had two pets that passed before her, Conan and Koko.

In addition to her husband William, she is survived by her son, Matt McLoughlin of Pottsville. She is also survived by her brother, Dennis Dohner of Pine Grove. Mildred had many close friends that were like family to her.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday at Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven, at 11 a.m. Pastor Mark Brooks will officiate. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until the start of services. Interment will follow on the grounds of Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
