William K. Stahlnecker

William K. Stahlnecker, 77, of Milton and formerly of Watsontown, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at his home.

Born August 26, 1948 in Lewisburg, he was a son of the late Wilbert and Mary (Troxell) Stahlnecker. He married the former Dianne F. Sechler.

William was a 1966 graduate of Warrior Run High School and a 1970 graduate of Penn State University. He taught in the East Lycoming School District for 34 years in the Industrial Arts Program; he was also a salesman at Rhones RV in Cogan Station for 42 years.

He loved Penn State Football and Wrestling, as well as being a die hard New York Yankees fan. William loved going to Canada on fishing trips and enjoyed hunting.

In addition to his wife, Dianne, he is survived by his three children, Kristen L. Bastian and her husband Randy, Brent W. Stahlnecker and his wife Jennifer, all of Turbotville, and Erik D. Stahlnecker and his wife Jessica, of White Haven; six grandchildren, Laura, Celia, Megan, Julia, Luke, and Zachary; and two sisters, Nancy Rosbach, of Forksville, and Joanne (Eldon) Hendrickson, of Florida.

Besides his parents his was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald, Jack, and James Stahlnecker.

There will a celebration of life held at a later date.
