James W. “Bill” Shifflet

James W. “Bill” Shifflet, 94, of Cogan Station, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the Williamsport Home, surrounded by his loving family.

Funeral services to honor Bill will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Hepburn Baptist Church, 2917 Pleasant Valley Rd., Cogan Station, with burial to follow in Stoltz Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave., Williamsport.
