James C. “Jim” Cramer, Jr.

James C. “Jim” Cramer, Jr., 65 of Williamsport, PA went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at his home.

Born August 18, 1960 in Williamsport, PA he was the son of Margo L. (Weaver) Phillips-Fox and James C. Cramer, Sr. of Williamsport.

James was retired in 2023. He enjoyed playing baseball, hunting and music in his younger years.

Surviving in addition to his parents are daughters; Kara Hill and Nakisha Zimmerman (Lee), and sons; Aaron Winder (Margarita) and Alex Winder as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also surviving are siblings Mark Cramer (Margarie), Connie Hampton (Mark), Heidi Beattie (Brian), and Kelly Shaffer. He had many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

James was preceded in death by his step-father Benny Phillips and brother, Robert Phillips.

A funeral service to honor the life of James will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 10 at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Avenue Williamsport, PA with Chaplain Rebecca Logan officiating. Burial services will follow at the Montoursville Cemetery. The family will receive family and friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service Friday, July 10 at the funeral home.
