Nancy L. Colley, 88, of Montoursville, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Geisinger Medical Center, Muncy. Born April 23, 1938, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late John and Anna (Dahlgren) Dieffenbach.
Following graduation from Williamsport High School in 1956, Nancy was employed as a reservation specialist for Allegheny Airlines and later as an operator for Bell Telephone. Once she became a wife and mother, she left those roles to care for her family, a job that she took great pride in. She married her beloved husband, Robert W. Colley Sr., and shared 46 years with him until his passing on June 9, 2018. Following her husband's passing, Nancy bonded to her beloved cat, Baby Girl, who was her constant companion and source of comfort.
Above all, Nancy was a woman of deep faith and a devoted follower of the Lord. Her love of God was a guiding light throughout her life, providing her with strength, comfort, and hope. She now rests peacefully in His presence, reunited with the Lord she loved and trusted throughout her life.
Surviving are her children, T. Scott (Marie) Frick of New Cumberland and Susan Frick of Williamsport; step-sons, Robert (Mary) Colley and Walter (Kim) Colley; a daughter-in-law, Donna Colley; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Nancy was preceded in death by a step-son, David Colley.
A funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home- Montoursville, 733 Broad Street Montoursville, Pennsylvania, with Pastor Bryce J. Grieco officiating. Burial will follow at Montoursville Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
The family will provide the flowers and suggest memorial contributions to the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA, 17701.
