Tracy K. Cochran, 51, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2026. She was born on April 21, 1975.
Tracy was loved by those around her for her sense of humor and contagious laugh. She loved to go for rides and especially loved to get cheesesteaks! She enjoyed watching golden girls snuggled up with her blanket when she wasn't out and about.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 27, at Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore. She will be laid to rest in the Brungard Cemetery in Loganton.
