Carl B. Jacobs Sr., 81 of Muncy passed away at his residence on September 18, 2026. He was born in Muncy Creek Township on September 9, 1945, a son of the late Byron C. and Velma (Brown) Jacobs.
He enjoyed skating, fishing, and spending time with his family. Carl worked at Keystone Filler Manufacturing in Muncy retiring after 49 years. Carl fostered 17 children.
Carl is survived by his sons, Carl Jacobs Jr. and wife Misty, Samuel Jacobs Sr.; daughter, Monica Blaker; 14 grandchildren; and nephew, Darrel Shoemaker. As well as two sisters, Carol Jacobs and Jeanie (Jacobs) Bryson, and extended family, Charles Philips Jr., Patti Philips, and Deana Philips.
Carl was preceded in death by his wife the former Bonnie L. Shoemaker, who passed away on August 16, 2005; three siblings, Clyde Jacobs, Darlene Jacobs, Edith Jacobs, and son, Nathan Shoemaker.
A celebration of life will be held on September 27, 2026 at Trout Pond Skating Rink, 10294 Lycoming Creek Rd, Trout Run, PA 17771 from 6 to 8 p.m.
