Thomas E. Deibler Sr., 86, of Muncy, passed away on September 6, 2026 at his residence. Tom was the beloved husband of Deanna (Peifer) Deibler sharing over 66 years of loving marriage. Born on March 3, 1940 in Trevorton, he was a son of the late Blair E. and Ruth M. (Peifer) Deibler.
Tom was a 1958 graduate of Trevorton High School and went on to attend Susquehanna University and Thompson Institute in Harrisburg. He began his career as a Systems Analyst before becoming a consulting Systems Analyst, a profession he enjoyed for many years. He later worked for Enterprise, where he continued for 23 years before fully retiring last year. Tom had many interests and hobbies that brought him great enjoyment throughout his life. He was an avid flea market shopper, enjoyed playing cards and traveling, and was a devoted sports enthusiast. His love and knowledge of sports was especially meaningful to him, and he was honored with induction into the Romanski Chapter Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame.
Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Deanna; children, Jody Glace and her husband Gary, Thomas E. Deibler Jr. and his wife Pamela, and Laura Miller and her husband Jeffery; grandchildren, Cheryl Pearce, Brandy and Ryan Deibler, and Luke and Jacob Miller; great-grandchildren, Amerie and Ashton Weaver, and Michelle Pearce; sister, Jane Deibler. He was proceeded in death by his granddaughter, Jamie Bates.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 11 a.m. at Wolf's Cross Roads Cemetery, 145 7 Points Rd, Sunbury, PA 17801. Arrangements have been entrusted to Foust Funeral Home, LLC. Trevorton. A memory tribute may be placed at www.foustcares.com.
