Donna Rae Ickes, 94, of Williamsport, died Monday, September 28, 2026, at The Gatehouse at Divine Providence. Born September 9, 1932, in Williamsport, she was the daughter of Clarence E. and Helen G. (Tallman) Kimbler.
Donna is survived by daughters, Debra G. (Steve) Younts, of Lexington, NC, Candace L. Graham, of Montrose; son, Randy W. (Francine) Graham, of Shallotte, NC; sister, Sharon Daugherty, of Lafayette, CO; niece, Misha Dupont, of Lafayette, CO; step-daughter, Karen (Michael) Chiodo, of Strasburg; step-grandchildren, Emily (Zachary) Frenzel, Sarah Chiodo, Michael (Matthew) Chiodo, and several other step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren and great nieces.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her first husband, James Graham; son, Jeffrey Graham, and her second husband, Franklin L. Ickes.
A memorial service will be held on March 13, 2027.
Arrangements have been entrusted to McCarty~Thomas Funeral Home, Montoursville.
