Giuseppe “Joe” Mario Tuzzato

Giuseppe “Joe” Mario Tuzzato passed peacefully on February 24th, 2026 at the age of 72 in his Harrisburg Pa home surrounded by his family. Born in Catona, Italy on September 15th, 1953 and raised in post-war southern Italy, he chose to leave home at 15 years old to find work on cruise ships so he could help support his parents and siblings back home. Joe served honorably in the Italian navy for 2 years. Joe met his wife Laurie in December of 1976, they were married 5 weeks later and remained married for 49 years.
