Dale E. Tubbs

Dale E. Tubbs, 71, of Muncy, died on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the Gatehouse, Williamsport. Born May 2, 1954, in Muncy, he was a son of the late Donald H. and Ruth Evelyn (O’Conner) Tubbs. Dale married the former LaCinda D. “Cindy” Henderson, who predeceased him on May 12, 2021. Dale was a 1972 graduate of Warrior Run High School. He worked for several local manufacturers through the years. Dale was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Montgomery.
