Rev. David Phillips died January 13, 2026. He was born in Williamsport on April 12, 1939 the son of Raymond C. and Marcellite S. Phillips. He was predeceased in death by his daughter Christine Phillips Hillier, his brother Raymond C. Phillips Jr., and his sister Carol Shaffer. He is survived by his wife Eleanor, his son Andrew (Denise), his four grandchildren: Sarah, Jennifer, Jacob, and Luke, and two great-grandchildren: Elizabeth and Oliver. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 21st at Christ Episcopal Church, 426 Mulberry Street, Williamsport.
