Philip K. Wittman, 69, of Muncy, died Monday, March 23, 2026, at his home. Born May 11, 1956, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Harry and Kathryn (Egli) Wittman. Philip was a graduate of Montoursville High School, earned his bachelor’s degree from Lycoming College in Chemistry, and later his PhD from the University of Florida in Analytical Chemistry and Environmental Engineering Sciences.
